Stripping and crimping machine MC 40/L
The electro-pneumatic controlled automatic stripper and crimper MC 40 and MC 40L processes loose wire end sleeves with plastic insulation.
The MC 40 is equipped as standard with tooling for cross-sections of 0.5 / 0.75 / 1.0 / 1.5 mm². Optional add-on kits are available on request for processing cross-sections of 0.25 / 0.34 / 2.5 und 4 mm². The MC 40L processes the cross-sections 4 / 6 / 10 mm². The automatic machines can be simply set to the required cross-section by exchanging just a few parts.
Stripping and crimping takes place in one operation. All available parameters can be set automatically and correctly by changing the crimping inserts. The modular structure combined with maintenance-free and wear-free components guarantees an extreme reliability of these machines.
